Install with the launcher

  1. Get the launcher from the latest release: Windows installer, Linux Flatpak or .tar.gz.
  2. Point it at your copy of the game: disc image, Games on Demand package or folder.
  3. Build, then play. About 5 minutes. It updates itself.

You need: Windows 10/11 or Linux x86-64, Vulkan 1.3 (or Direct3D 12), about 4 GB of free RAM, 15 GB of disk and your own copy of Forza Horizon for Xbox 360. Steam Deck guide

The download has no game code or data. Your copy is the only source of the game.
